OnlyRoses delivers luxury roses across London and selected surrounding areas from our boutique at 1 Hans Road, Knightsbridge, next to Harrods. Every arrangement is hand-finished in Knightsbridge on the day and delivered by our own team.

Do you offer same-day rose delivery in London?

Yes. Order by 18:00 for same-day delivery in London. We deliver seven days a week, including Sundays.

Can I choose a delivery date and time?

Yes. Choose your delivery date and time slot at checkout, for today or any later date. In central London you can choose 11:00–19:00, 14:00–19:00 or 16:00–19:00; outer London addresses can also choose evening windows until 22:00. The windows available for your address are shown at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is priced by postcode, from our Knightsbridge boutique:

£20 – Central London: N1, SE1, SW1 (including SW1A, SW1E, SW1H, SW1P, SW1V, SW1W, SW1X, SW1Y), SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, W1, W2, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W13, W14.
£30 – Greater London: E1W, E14, SE3, SE10, SE16, N2–N12, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW8–NW11, SW2, SW4, SW9, SW11, SW12–SW20, W3–W7, the City (EC1–EC4) and WC1, WC2.
£45 – Selected surrounding areas: N19–N22, NW4–NW7, SE24–SE28, KT1–KT16, TW1–TW20, UB1–UB5, HA0–HA3, HA7, SM2, SM7.

My postcode is not listed. Can you still deliver?

Please message us on WhatsApp at +44 20 7373 9595 before ordering, and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your address.

Do you deliver outside London?

We deliver in London and selected surrounding areas only, with our own team. We do not send roses by courier to the rest of the UK.

Is delivery different around Valentine's Day?

Between 10 and 15 February, delivery is £25 to all Central and Greater London postcodes listed above. Selected surrounding areas are not served during that week.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and collect from our Knightsbridge boutique at 1 Hans Road, London SW3 1QF. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 11:00–19:00, Sunday 13:00–18:00.

What if my roses arrive damaged?

Classic Roses come with a 5-day freshness guarantee from delivery; please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Infinite Roses® are guaranteed for one year and last much longer; please report any damage within 5 days of delivery. Send us a photo by WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a replacement at no cost within 24 hours.
