Terms of Service
Welcome to OnlyRoses® UK. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our store, website or services. By visiting, browsing or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
This store and website are operated by OnlyRoses Knightsbridge Logistics Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16013423), with its registered office at 1 Hans Road, London SW3 1QF, VAT no. GB 516 5081 05, trading as “OnlyRoses® UK”. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean OnlyRoses Knightsbridge Logistics Ltd. Our services are powered by Shopify.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
By using our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to anyone else.
3. Our Products
We offer two product families:
Classic Roses
Fresh, custom-made floral arrangements, handcrafted to order for immediate gifting.
Infinite Roses
Preserved roses that last a year or more when kept indoors and cared for as directed.
All arrangements are handcrafted, so the finished item may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Where an item or stem is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or higher value of a similar style. Product images are illustrative.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we are unable to fulfil the requested delivery. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any payment taken in full.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Delivery & Risk
Local deliveries are made by our own in-house team. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or on collection. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Our Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any breach of the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Acceptable Use
Our products are sold for personal use and are not for commercial resale. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe our intellectual property rights.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, you may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme; contact us and we will tell you whether a relevant scheme is available.
13. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces the rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
