Shipping & Delivery Policy

The delivery of your gift should be as exceptional as the gift itself. Every order is handled with care by our dedicated in-house team. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Our Delivery Service

OnlyRoses® UK offers a personalised delivery experience. Every order can be accompanied by a complimentary handwritten message and delivered on a date and time that suits you — including the same day you place your order.

Local deliveries within the UK are made by our own in-house team. Because your order is in our hands from preparation through to the doorstep, our drivers are reachable on WhatsApp to receive special instructions, give live updates, or coordinate with your recipient.

2. Delivery Areas & Charges

Delivery charges are calculated by distance and postcode and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm and pay. Charges are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are in addition to the product price unless stated otherwise.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to availability. Cut-off times may vary on public holidays and during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. If you need an urgent delivery, contact us to confirm availability.

4. Delivery Timeframes

You may request a preferred delivery window. We will make every reasonable effort to meet it, but specific timed deliveries cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic and operational conditions.

Planning a surprise or event delivery? Contact our team in advance and we will do everything we can to ensure precision timing. Where a delay of more than 6 hours beyond the estimated window is attributable to us, your delivery fee will be refunded.

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you specify, or on collection from our boutique. Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure delivery details are complete and accurate. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no one was available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply. Where possible, our team will contact the recipient via WhatsApp to arrange access.

7. Corporate & Event Delivery

We arrange corporate and private event deliveries, including on-site setup. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp to arrange.
